A Travel Guide for the TenderNob?

Sydney Pfaff (freelance writer and ex-co-worker) wrote a short and concise travel guide on Refinery29.com about the Lower Nob Hill area, which has been dubbed TenderNob. It's worth mentioning not only because she includes the Silverman Gallery, The Hundreds, and Brick, but I live on the edge of this sometimes-confused neighborhood and that should be reason enough.
